Job Responsibilities
- Create travel itinerary with flights, hotels & other travel services
- Book flights, hotels & tour packages with different online systems
- Respond to client query via online & offline channels
- Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
- Manage all online & offline channels of communication related to sales
- Use GDS for reservations (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus) (optional)
- Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries
- Keep up to date with tourism destination knowledge
- Provide visa support to clients (optional)
- Other related tasks
