Job Responsibilities
- Conducting training need analysis (TNA)
- organizing and conducting different training programs that address specific business needs
- Prepare annual training calendar and follow up its implementation
- Develop and prepare training content as per assignments
- Assist in preparing training budgets
- Maintain liaison with external stakeholders, i.e. training institutes, trainers, etc.
- Need to follow and perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
