Job Context
Job Responsibilities
- Visit clients’ factories and sites to gather and/or verify data and information on environmental management, HIGG FEM, ZDHC and Energy Efficiency
- Should have a good understanding on the RMG and Textile factories’ environmental compliance management
- Should have working experience in implementing requirements of major European/ American appeal brands/ buyers/ retailers like H&M, Inditex, C&A, M&S, Target, Gap Inc, Levi’s, Walmart etc.
- Should be able to support clients to prepare their Higg FEM platform for a better score
- Communicate with apparel brands/buyers or our European partners on project tasks
- Will provide training to Textile/ RMG factories on environmental compliance issues
- Should be a quick learner to get familiar with environmental management issues
- Participate in information and data gathering exercises required for preparation of reports on Sustainability, Social and Environmental impacts
- Data analysis and report drafting in accordance with global sustainability standards.
- Help the Team Leader to build sustainability strategies with a thorough roadmap that includes KPIs and performance metrics
- Assist in identifying and establishing important patterns for sustainability reporting for the current and forthcoming years
- Work with the internal team and clients and maintain project’s progress according to plan
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and top management

- Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
- Training/Trade Course: Environmental Management, HIGG FEM, ZDHC, SBTi, ESG, SDG, Sustainability, and Climate Change

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Climate Change, HIGG, ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001, SBTi, sdg, Sustainability, ZDHC - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Research Organization, Spinning, Sweater Industry, Tannery/Footwear, Textile, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken
- Training on HIGG FEM, SLCP, ZDHC, SBTi, Carbon Footprint and GHG Emissions calculation will be added advantages
- Experience in sustainability reporting or global compact reporting will be preferred
- Strong proficiency in English is necessary
- Experience in ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) management is an added advantage
- Good report-writing ability in English is a must
- Strong knowledge and good acquaintance with ESG, Sustainability, and SDG
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build clear, confident, positive communication with clients and colleagues, as well work collaboratively across the business
- Self-motivated and able to work fast and efficiently with little supervision
- Excellent time management
- Willing to accept additional assignments beyond office hours, if needed
