Job Context
- ASL BPO is a BPO / Outsourcing Firm that provides outsourcing solutions to foreign clients. We are looking to create a digital marketing team with experienced members consisting of an SEO expert, Content Writers, Social Media marketers, Web Developers, etc.
- We are looking for an SEO/Blog content writer with experience in SEO and keyword research to join our dynamic team.
- The person must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferably from an English Medium Background

Job Responsibilities
- Writing unique and, high-quality Website Content, Blog posts, Quora Answers, etc.
- Have knowledge of keyword research using SEO tools such as Moz, Ubersuggest, etc. To find new blog post ideas
- Work with Senior SEO specialist to optimize internal links on posts and do backlinking through building up external links
- Be able to do a rank analysis of blog post and improvise old and new content to rank up in SERP
- Assess the content quality of competitors’ websites and produce better
- Use Canva or other tools to design some required images.
- Be able to Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Find questions in Quora related to BPO, Outsourcing, ITES, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc., and write unique answers that attract views.
- Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
- Must be able to write 100% plagiarism-free content.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- Must have proven educational qualification that shows the candidate is a fluent English speaker
- North South University students will get preference

Content writing, Creative content writing, keyword research, SEO
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 28 years

- Must be fluent in English communication
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Familiarity with web publications
- Experience in working with popular keyword, audit & analysis tools such as MOZ, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, etc.

- Tk. 30000 – 38000 (Monthly)
- Day Shift 9 AM to 6 PM. 6 days a week job
