Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receive and delivered all kind of product.
  • After receiving the product inform/confirm the customer.
  • Daily basic communication with the customer.
  • Communicate with the customer by phone/by mail.
  • Inform the customer regarding their product status.
  • Handover the faulty product to Product In Out Maintain Section
  • Provide Report regularly to Service Manager.
  • Protect service center from product missing & mishandling of office equipment

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Skills Required: Customer Management, Customer Relationship Management, Good communication skills
