Job Context
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential customer, pitch sales plan,negotiate delivery and collection process to onboard new customer.
- Achieve SKU wise sales target for raw/chilled chicken meat.
- Ensure collection as per the collection schedule.
- Coordinate with customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sales growth.
- Maintain customer database and ensure strong relationship with customers.
- Maintain cold chain system during warehousing, loading, unloading and distribution in compliance with the set standard.
- Visit customers regularly to address any customer complaints and provide on-time and relevant solution for customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor/Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 2-4 years raw/chilled chicken meat selling experience, preferably engaged with HORECA channel.
- Must understand HORECA channel customer and raw chicken meat selling,vendor enlistment & renewal process,product supply agreement,payment system e.t.c
- Convert competitons customer and maximize profitability.
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Dhaka city.
- Ability to work under pressure .
