Job Responsibilities
- Support management to ensure health and safety compliance for the decent working environment
- Support to implement IMS/ISO management systems standards (ISO-9001, 14001, 45001)
- Assess, and document hazards and risk regularly
- Develop SOP, Forms, Formats, and Checklists and Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies and SOPs are maintained.
- Frequently visit the factory and floors; reduce potential hazards and risks; Improve workplace safety
- Supervise the fire safety team and Provide OSHA training to employees for safe operation
- Maintain HR & Social Compliance as per labor law and rules OSHA requirements
- Conduct audit, and inspection assessment as per schedule
- Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the proper authorities.
- Report to sustainability and the Head of HR weekly and monthly

Educational Requirements
- BBA/Honours/ MBA/Masters in HR or related discipline from reputed University
- Training/Trade Course: IOSH,NEBOSH,Fire Safety Management Course
