Job Responsibilities

  • Support management to ensure health and safety compliance for the decent working environment
  • Support to implement IMS/ISO management systems standards (ISO-9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Assess, and document hazards and risk regularly
  • Develop SOP, Forms, Formats, and Checklists and Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies and SOPs are maintained.
  • Frequently visit the factory and floors; reduce potential hazards and risks; Improve workplace safety
  • Supervise the fire safety team and Provide OSHA training to employees for safe operation
  • Maintain HR & Social Compliance as per labor law and rules OSHA requirements
  • Conduct audit, and inspection assessment as per schedule
  • Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the proper authorities.
  • Report to sustainability and the Head of HR weekly and monthly

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • BBA/Honours/ MBA/Masters in HR or related discipline from reputed University
  • Training/Trade Course: IOSH,NEBOSH,Fire Safety Management Course
