Job Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of merchandising strategies across different channels, in line with the overall Trade Marketing and Communication strategy
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • One-point contact between marketing department, product management and sales teams to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives
  • Achieve benchmark status in “Share of Visibility” through merchandising excellence
  • Lead the merchandizing team with decision making authority
  • Collaborates with the Trade Marketing Team for merchandizing strategy
  • Planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions
  • Establish alignment with automation partner and ensure debug of – errors / problems
  • Achieve national SoV target
  • Stock monitoring
  • Achieve call targets
  • Establish compliance and mitigate legal issues
  • Reporting
  • Supports back-office teams
  • Ensures that the local feedback is considered by regularly visiting merchandizing teams, Customers and Agents

Educational Requirements

Read More:_Merchandising Manager

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Any other business discipline

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Experience in MFS is highly recommended
  • Experience in Trade Marketing Management/ Mobile Handset industry/ Telco/ FMCG/ Merchandising Operations can also apply
  • Prior experience in dealing with merchandizing automation process is required
  • Experience in planning and implementation of sales campaign
  • Expert in operation of MFS product & service management, the Go-To-Market and the promotion strategy.
  • Proficient in communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to take extensive traveling across the country
  • Capability in building strategic, multilevel and team work relationship is needed
  • Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
  • Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended
  • Engaged and with structured and strong communication skills
  • Good role-based leadership and decision making are highly appreciated.
