Job Responsibilities
- Configuration & Troubleshoot of Router, Switch, firewalls, servers, and other hardware.
- Clear understanding of DNS, DHCP, Proxy and file servers.
- Having practical knowledge to configure all types of VPN
- Has strong Linux/UNIX command line skills
- 24×7 Monitoring bandwidth graph, log server, Radius Server etc.
- Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Basic Hardware and Software knowledge
- Proactively monitor and check health of physical and virtual servers.
- Any Others Job assigned by management.
- Administrate HyperV virtual environment.
- Candidates should have a pleasant personality, be confident, sincere, proactive and intelligent
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work on 24/7 shift basis.
