Job Context
- Next Solution lab is an AI research and software development company. We are looking for Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can contribute in our ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka
- Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
- Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
- Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.
- Leading the design, creation, and implementation of a software.
- Building tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/ fixes.
- Participating in the definition and implementation standards for web development.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent degree from any reputed university of Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements
- 5 years of experience in software development is preferred.
- Must have:
- At least 3+ years of full-stack development, combined back and front-end experience building fast, reliable web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database.
- Experience with Web frameworks (e.g., React).
- Basic knowledge about version-control system like Git.
- Proficient in at least one front-end and Back-end JavaScript framework such as React, NodeJs, AngularJS (2. x).
- Ability to optimize product development by leveraging software development processes.
- Experience with DevOps processes and tools like AWS / Azure
- Ability to manage and lead a team of developers.
- Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Basic knowledge of back end technologies like Django, Django REST Framework
- Experienced with various design pattern like MVC, MVP, MVT etc.
- Experienced with micro service architecture.
- Experienced with CI/CD, deployment pipeline.
- Basic knowledge of Server Management and AWS/Cloud Technologies.
- Basic knowledge about build system like docker.
- Good communication and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence would be beneficial.

Salary
- Tk. 40000 – 60000 (Monthly)
- 40,000 to 60,000 Negotiable depending on year of experience & skills Salary will include: Basic Salary Location-wise House Rent Medical Allowance Special Allowance
