Job Responsibilities
- Should have experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments Factory.
- Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in Garment (Pants/Jackets) Quality Controlling
- Supervising/ monitoring and follow-up the product in manufacturing process.
- Ensure production as per the customers requirements followed by quality (Ensure product quality as per specification) & quantity product (Meet Production target).

Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 38 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Knowledge of apparel manufacturing techniques, systems and equipment, technical skills
- Fluency in English
- PC skills are essential – specifically Excel, Word and E-mail
- Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparent, proactive stance and positive style;
- Able to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution
- Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured cooperative attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English
