Job Context
- The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our factory and administrative buildings, including any new construction or infrastructural projects. They will report to the General Manager, and ensure that the company`s facilities are in excellent condition, in full legal compliance, and ensuring the safety for all occupants.
- Work Place: Head Office at Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise maintainance of all physical spaces, roads and infrastructure within premises.
- Creates budgets, and schedules for all maintance works.
- Follow and implement 5S facility management system across all departments.
- Supervise any new construction projects or upgrades onsite.
- Any other responsibilities as to be decided by the management.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Implement fire safety practices and regulations.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Control activities like space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering preferably with a Commerce degree.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- 5-10 years in the relevant position.
- Must be well conversant in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Professionalism, Hardworking, Problem solving skills
