Deputy Manager (Admin & HR) in Factory

Job Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall Admin related activities in the Factory including Safety & Security, Health & Hygiene, Transport, Housekeeping, Legal & Compliance related issues.
  • Responsible for overall HR related activities in the Factory including Manpower Planning, Policies Development & implementation, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Evaluation, Training & Development, Welfare, Job Separation Management related issues.
  • Will be responsible for grievance handling, disciplinary action & maintenance of harmonious employer-employee relationship.
  • Will ensure compliance of BLA & BLR, SOPs, Policies, Office Orders / Instructions issued by the Company.
  • Will also maintain clean & hygienic environment within the Factory premises including efficient building management.
  • Obtaining necessary licenses from different authorities and timely renewal of those licenses.
  • Will maintain PR and close connection with various Govt. / Non-Govt. organizations/ Departments /Offices for getting done the required works on-time related to smooth running of the Factory.
  • To communicate with government regulatory bodies, Labor Office, Police Station, RAB office, Local Authorities etc.
  • Will regularly monitor the proper supply of all utility services (Water, Electricity, Gas, Telephone etc) in the Factory and ensuring timely submission of utility bills.
  • Will maintain coordination with all concerned Departments of the Corporate Office and other Factories of the Company for unhindered functioning of the Company.
  • Any other job as and when assigned by the Management.

  • Able to manage situation with analytical ability.
