Job Context
Job Responsibilities
- Providing help and advice to customers using organization’s products or services.
- Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger SMS.
- Investigating and solving customer’s problems.
- Handling client complaints or any major incidents.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Data Entry Operator, Customer Support Executive, Call Center, and Computer Operator.
- Communication skills that allows to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
- Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
- Problem handling/solving skills.
- Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants.
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies.
- Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face.
- A commitment to improve customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
- Should have excellent knowledge on Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.
- Fluency in both Bangla and English writing and speaking.
