Job Responsibilities

• Capable of managing and operating Beauty Clinic, with the experience to get it off the ground and running in the proper direction.
• Provide the center with the structure, direction, and framework necessary to meet the highest professional requirements for operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide leadership and management for a variety of tasks, including process and workflow creation and improvement, product and service innovation, sales, team building, and relationship development.
• Facilitate the business development, sales, and brand expansion of the center, establishing the center as a pioneering medical aesthetic unit with creative solutions that is always one step ahead of the curve.
• Provide sales, marketing, and public relations support to ensure a strong brand image with prospective clients and the media.
• Supervise the implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to consolidate the business and guide the expansion of the center.
• Able to understand the demands and tastes of prospective customers.
• Accountable for the beauty clinic’s sales revenue, to drive sales and push the sales team to meet established goals.
• Responsible for the seamless functioning of the beauty clinic and the management of staff morale and human resource concerns.
• Responsible for helping to develop a positive environment and culture that enables the center and personnel to function harmoniously and in accordance with the Company’s mission and objectives.
