- To play role as Regional Business Head.
- To monitor the Sales Team including AM/TM and evaluate their performances.
- To achieve Sales Target including Sale-in, Sale-out, Credit Management etc. of assigned Region.
- To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity and Expansion of assigned Region.
- To maintain a friendly relationship with local Stakeholders including all Government and Non-Government Agencies.
- Collecting, compiling and sharing market intelligence report to the Management.
- To play the administrative roles (PJP, Bills, Attendance, Leave etc.) for AM/TM of assigned Regions.
- To prepare and share regional market/business report including the stand & status of competitors and propose way forward.
- To prepare sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
- To prepare annual budget for assigned area, formulate policy for implementation and ensure appropriate monitoring on action plan with a view to achieving the sales target.
- To ensure appropriate monitoring on merchandising and promotional activities of RDS & Outlet of assigned area.
- To create planned distribution network through new outlets and implement the same as per desire of the Management.
- To set guideline for optimum sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their skills.
- To ensure the performance management of AMs/TMs and evaluate the same in every quarter with a written format/report.
- To ensure appropriate monitoring and controlling of RDS and to set up new outlets as per policy of the Company.
- To analyze periodical sales, market share of competitors’ brands and find out the ways & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability.
- To promote new products to the targeted outlets and generate demands through new coverage.
- To review the Sales of RDS (daily, weekly & monthly) and submit all reports to the National Sales Manager.
- To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Masters/MBA in Marketing from Public University with relevant Training and Experience.
