Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Writing Technical Proposals against Requests for Procurement (RFP)/Terms of Reference (TOR)/ Request for quotation (RFQ) from Government, Non-Government, NGOs and UN Agencies
• Ability to search tenders and IT related Projects / Opportunities of Government organizations through Physical visits, Websites, E-GP Portal and Manual.
• Reviewing and preparation of tender documents with the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, and making documents format as well as forms.
• Participating in all types of tenders. e.g., OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
• Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification and financial criteria, preparing presentations, and risk matrix, and informing top management to get approval for bidding
• To ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines including checking, binding, packing and preparation for outgoing submission
• Actively participate in the e-GP evaluation process
• Responsible to select Tender from National e-GP Portal and other websites
• Attending Pre-bid meetings with clients in collaboration with top management.
• Prepare periodical tender-related reports

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: BIJOY, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Technical Sales IT Marketing, Tender Documents, Tender Preparation

Additional Requirements

• Age 29 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Active participation in Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
• In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT, Tax, PO.
• Experience in e-GP is a mandatory qualification criterion.
• Fluent in both Bengali and English.
• Ability to create Bangla and English proposals.
