Job Context
Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of Asset and liability.
- Accountable for overall portfolio quality and collections.
- Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
- Prepare financial statements for the branch.
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition.

Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Masters/ MBA major preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University with good academic record (CGPA 3.0 and above)
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Bank’s/NBFI’s
- Excellent cliental base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
- Multitask and have excellent time management skills
- Mentor junior employees and lead a team
- Show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers
- Should have problem-solving attitude
- Focus on customer service and lead by example
