Job Context
- We are looking for a Assistant Engineer having good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla languages. .
- Smartly dealing with honorable clients, Service skills, ability to do Multitasking and prioritizing of works.
- Having Problem-solving skills with positive attitudes, ability to work under pressure and target oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports service team by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing Laboratory equipment/ Medical equipment; training users; maintaining safe operations.
- Install new equipment by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performance.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
- Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment.
- Learn to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products, organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Support sales activities as required
- Have to travel all over the country.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Biomedical Engineering from any reputed University.
- Skills Required: Computer Operating, Computer Skill.
