Job Responsibilities

  • Primary and secondary sales: Ensure area wise primary & secondary sales and revenue target.
  • Coverage: Expand geographical coverage and acquisition of new distributors.
  • PJP: Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
  • Sales representative: Manage own distributors sales representative/SPO successfully.
  • product placement: Ensure targeted product lifting from warehouse and placement through distributors.
  • Sales KPI: Formulate sales KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI.
  • Coach & train TSM/SPO & distributors resources: Lead a team of TSM & distributors and ensure coaching succession plan in with business target.
  • BTL planning & execution: Strategy and plan of BTL promotion for the distributors to meet national sales wise
  • Area business planning: Formulate area business plan as per area wise business target.
  • Distributors’ ROI: Monitor and ensure financials of distributors ROI regularly.
  • Control unfair business: Control unfair business in the assigned area.

Educational Requirements

  • The incumbent must have a minimum Graduation Degree with a specialization in marketing from prestigious local universities.

  • 5 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 5-6 years, having experience in – FMCG sales.
  • Experience in FMCG/Multinational – companies.
  • Experience in the Oil and cosmetics industries will get a preference.
