- Primary and secondary sales: Ensure area wise primary & secondary sales and revenue target.
- Coverage: Expand geographical coverage and acquisition of new distributors.
- PJP: Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
- Sales representative: Manage own distributors sales representative/SPO successfully.
- product placement: Ensure targeted product lifting from warehouse and placement through distributors.
- Sales KPI: Formulate sales KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI.
- Coach & train TSM/SPO & distributors resources: Lead a team of TSM & distributors and ensure coaching succession plan in with business target.
- BTL planning & execution: Strategy and plan of BTL promotion for the distributors to meet national sales wise
- Area business planning: Formulate area business plan as per area wise business target.
- Distributors’ ROI: Monitor and ensure financials of distributors ROI regularly.
- Control unfair business: Control unfair business in the assigned area.
- The incumbent must have a minimum Graduation Degree with a specialization in marketing from prestigious local universities.
