Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales target daily, weekly and monthly basis (product and value wise).
Ensure distribution house and sales officer availability as per set up plan.
Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.
Continuously motivate the distribution point and SO for their development and retention.
Ensure team presence, market visit of team member by doing continuous follow up.
Market visit, Audit and evaluate to develop team and overall market.
Ensure product availability to all outlets of area through SO.
Ensure on job training of new and weak SO, so that it helps to achieve target.
Work for market development so that it ensures distribution house profitability.
Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.
Collect and provide sales report as per requirement and guidance.

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
