Job Responsibilities
- Aqua Farm Operation:
- Overall Management of the day-to-day operations of the Aqua Business Farm;
- Having mentality to work in the area of Fry Nursing, Brood Rearing, Fry Delivery take care etc.;
- Manage crisis situations as and when arise in terms of Farm Operations and related with Business;
- Manage group of PEOPLE will be working in the Farm;
- Ensure that the Farm is running well in line with the Corporate Vision of the Company;
- Liase with the Local Govt. authority and other regulatory bodies regularly to ensure the smooth operation of the Business;
- Devise and participate in activities to improve Fish Hatching and growth rates and to prevent disease in hatcheries.
- Aqua Sales & Marketing:
- Ability to manage existing customer and setup new customer as market potentiality;
- Cooperate to increase direct sales and follow-up daily sales activities to achieve target;
- Provide customer service to the product user;
- Regular visit customer (Dealer and Farmer);
- Continue market survey and keep update data;
- Reporting to the management as weekly, monthly basis;
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.

- Should have graduate in Masters in Aquaculture/ Fisheries/ Fisheries Technology for any reputed university.
